I am an architect and urban planner, co-founder of the expert center for universal design, Pro.UD, whose goal is to spread knowledge about the philosophy and principles of universal design and accessibility.
In 2018, I completed the Advanced Studies in Integrated Urban Development program at the CANactions School for Urban Studies, and later the Universal Design School organized by UNDP.
I have worked at various architecture offices, and for the past seven years, I have been a lead architect and urban planner at BURØ Architects, where I was involved in the design of residential and public buildings, including three blocks of the "Rybalsky" residential complex, a housing project on Bandera Avenue, as well as urban development projects in Kyiv and Odesa. Previously, I have worked on projects for the reconstruction of public spaces, including two parks in the Donetsk region and the construction of the "Alley of Heroes" memorial in the city of Dnipro.
Together with architects Kuba Snopek and Tomek Świetlik, I managed the construction of the public space Stage in the city of Dnipro, which received the European Prize for Urban Public Space in 2018 and was nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2019.
As a member of the Pro.UD expert center, I am the author and co-author of various online lectures, webinars, and guides in the field of universal design, physical accessibility, and space inclusion. In 2022, I was one of the tutors for an inclusivity workshop at the Kharkiv School of Architecture, and in 2024, I served as a lecturer and mentor for two teams at the Universal Design School organized by UNDP.
