These buildings are part of a new residential district located on the site of a former industrial facility. The surrounding environment has been actively transforming in recent years under the influence of economic and social processes, gradually shifting from industrial to residential use.

This particular block is located on a corner and is larger in scale than the others. The project envisions the development of a residential quarter and an office tower with residential ground floors. This configuration creates a public square between the tower and the residential block, which connects the surrounding roads and pedestrian paths with the level of the adjacent canal. Due to its sloped layout, this space becomes an engaging environment. In addition to its primary recreational function, it also serves as a venue for more active events, encouraging participation from residents of the surrounding neighborhoods.
